Story
Our Story

Every watch on a shelf today looks like the one next to it. We started टूBU to break that pattern — one dial, one story, never repeated.

Most watches are built to disappear on your wrist. टूBU works the other way: each dial carries a single original artwork, built with an artist, a community, or as a tribute — a childhood car, a street artist's hand, a Sunday-morning run club, a tailor's measuring tape.

We work in small batches with independent artists, not factories chasing volume. Batch 01 is six designs, each produced in a limited, numbered run. Once a design sells out, it's retired for good.

What movement is inside each watch?+

Every टूBU watch runs on a Miyota 2035 quartz movement — reliable, accurate, and easy to service anywhere in India.

Are these water resistant?+

Yes — every piece is rated 3 ATM, meaning it can handle rain, splashes, and hand-washing, but should not be worn while swimming or showering.

What size are the cases?+

Case sizes vary by piece, from 36–42mm depending on the design. Exact dimensions are listed on each watch's own page.

What happens to my deposit if I change my mind?+

Your ₹500 deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of payment.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?+

We ship across all of India. Each watch is hand-assembled after pre-orders close, and arrives within 30 days — free of charge, anywhere in the country.

Do you offer cash on delivery?+

Yes — the ₹500 deposit is collected upfront at pre-order, and you can pay the remaining balance via cash on delivery when your watch arrives.

Can I track my order, and what if it arrives damaged?+

Yes — once your watch is dispatched, we'll share a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. If it arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with photos or a video, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
